The negotiation and preparation of the sale contract are the first two steps in the legal conveyancing procedure, which also includes the exchange of contracts between the buyer and seller. Compliance with legal standards is crucial while providing conveyancing services. This protects the interests of both the buyer and the seller and guarantees that they complete their legal compliance requirements. Legal compliance requirements must be followed to prevent against fraud, detect potential compliance concerns, and make sure the property transfer is binding on the law.
